Did the 7 day dry fast and the most important part is 're feed' which if done incorrectly could potentially kill you!! For me, after the dry fast I drank Organic Coconut Juice then starting with bone broth for a week. Then, in the following weeks, I made my own blended soups eg; Vitamised cooked veggies with meat once a day.
