Maybe those beans will do well with the grass. If it does you maybe able to just drill beans without worrying about hay grasses stunting them. Have them cut hay and then drill beans after.

Go to Rural King and get around 10 bait boxes and a couple buckets of the bait blocks, and put them all around the outside. I do that with my business, residence, and down at the farm in Vienna, and it pretty much keeps them in check.

You couldn’t touch a home like yours here in Ga for that price. As far as property taxes, It wouldn’t be so bad if the city council knew their ass from a hole in the ground. They spend our tax money on stupid stuff and hire the worst contractor’s available! I know they are getting kick backs from it, it’s definitely not my first rodeo. What really chaps my rear end is school tax!!! Why should I have to pay for other peoples kids when I myself do not have any! I’ve been taxed to death since the age of 17 all the way till now at 53. Stick to your 675 kap! They will pay it. People in that price range have money an drhey know there is nothing else similar for that price.

I am wishing you well. I hope it works out for you. I am staying in IL with no debt on a nice tract of western il land. I am not a fan of banks. Especially now. One thing about living in the country in IL. Few neighbors, no crowding, and just as nice of dirt without the rock much of Mo has. Our politics are ugly and I will keep vote against them and living care free. Jesus is my king so no fear here!

We cleaned our house in Florida but the clowns in Missouri had no idea on how to clean anything. You should have seen the toilets, I didn't think I could have sat on one, they were pretty nasty. Next day we went to Lowe's and bought 3 new ones and I wanted them to be taller with the quiet shutting lids. We had a plumber come in and change them out and new water heater and water softener installed because of the hard water. Later on I hired a company to install new gutters and guards. We had a new pump put in for the house. Later on new windows installed and this summer the new polymer siding which has thick styrofoam behind it. But the front of the house has a 45 foot porch which we both love.

At the house in Mascoutah, we got around 7”+ of rain in just a matter of hours, and the farm in Vienna only received a couple tenths from that same storm.

That’s a beautiful house y’all are leaving I know it’s bitter sweet.

If the beans do end up dying after spraying might could get a refund or at least some compensation back after the place told you they were round up ready.
