Not really Cane’s. You just made your version of a chicken finger. Nothing wrong with that, but it’s just not Cane’s for several reasons.

"Yogurt" is a Turkish word itself, no problem though. You may call it even New Guinean yoghurt if you feel happier.
@essencecuisine6 ай бұрын
Never knew Yogurt is also called Yoğurt in Turkish. 😊 thanks
@serhatdemir32936 ай бұрын
@@essencecuisine Pls let me correct: "yoğurt" is original name which you call it "yogurt".
@serhatdemir32936 ай бұрын
When I say "yoğurt" is a Turkish word, I mean it's etymologically Turkish. It comes from the word "yoğunlaştırmak" "yoğunlaşmak" "yoğurmak". The root of the word is "yoğun". It means "dense". Yoğurmak: to make stg dense

@@serhatdemir3293 thank you. There are many things I love in Turkish culture and, especially food ❤️

@@essencecuisine pls don't get me wrong. It's not about love or hate thing, it's about right or wrong. I'm not a nationalistic guy but ...whatever. Anyway, i like Greeks and Greek foods. We share lots of things, in Balkan and Anatolian culture. But why yogurt must be Greek? Even baklava? Recently i saw a video telling about German Döner. 😄 You know what makes me mad about Turkish food? Definitions like "Turkish pizza" for pide or lahmacun, or "Turkish ravioli" for mantı. "Turkish shawarma" or "Turkish gyra" for döner, etc. Our own vloggers doing that unfortunately. Sorry for such a long post. You're doing a great work. I really appreciate. All the best ✌️

What cut of meat is that? Just wondering what I should ask for at a store.

I selected a budget beef leg / shank piece of Brazil origin that was just under $8/kg. That has good bone marrow that adds flavors to the meat.

Thank you for suggestion 😊. I prefer not over mixing since some lumps left in the batter give fluffy texture to the pancakes.
