Very nice house, inside too. What I'm missing is a main entrance with a cloakroom and vestibule, the bathroom would be too small for me, it would have to have a bathtub and a shower, two small rooms, one near the kitchen for supplies and another near the bathroom for cleaning utensils, would be highly recommended. I would also extend the veranda further and have it go all the way around the house, the edge of the roof should line up with the end edge of the terrace. As an additional feature, I would cover the terrace floor with anti-slip wooden tiles (because of the cold and wet = risk of slipping). But in general, a very successful design, I like it a lot.

Whish conditions are necessary to get this project to become my house? My plot is 30x40m and I would like to have the same project with slightly larger rooms, especially in the living room and kitchen.
