Use fan for air extraction, your gun is positive pressure. Gun and fan bringing air in will pressurise your tent allowing overspray to hang in the air. you need fan to be slightly more negative than your gun pressure so it pulls overspray towards your filter, your filter without the fan will then act as an in bleed bringing in clean air ( no dust).

I think you set the fan in a wrong direction, the fan should drive the air out but not blow the air in, and there is a filter in front of it, there almost no air flow in the booth

That’s a nice flare, but there is no lip on it. It has no strength. You should look into Cleco clamps. They are used for holding aluminum sheets in place when building airplane wings and other parts. They are a very quick and easy way to hold sheet metal in place temporarily. Works for 1/8” holes. Pop rivets are fine, but not easily removed. Check them out at Aircraft Spruce. They handle all kinds of airplane building stuff that can also be used for car projects. Have fun drifting.

I haven’t driven the car since last September due to our track being shut down for good but up until then the kit was great, only issue I had was a cracked knuckle adapter because of wheel contact with other cars on multiple occasions but was able to get improved replacement parts easily. It’s still in the car and I would go drive it without hesitation

@@TenmillGarage damn, sorry to hear about your track, that sucks big time. But that’s good news to hear, that it only broke because of contact on multiple occasions. @@SR20DEBT It’s a huge bummer but there is hope we’ll get a new track in the future but I’m not going to get my hopes up yet. I was really impressed and happy with the efactory kit, they made improvements on the kit over the years to make them better and stronger some people try to compare them to other similar kits but efactory is proven to work well and hold up to multiple seasons of aggressive drifting. That’s awesome my code is still working! Good luck with your build!

I can't find a damn tutorial on how to properly install undergrowth for this car for the love of god!!😡😡
@TenmillGarage
@TenmillGarage Жыл бұрын
What do you need help with? I wouldn’t say there is a proper way to do it really. I used zap straps that have the mount hole on them and you can self tap or better to rivet them into the underside of the car where you want to strap the light strips along the bumpers or under the rockers. I wouldn’t recommend using the self adhesive they come with as they will not last and fall off, you should hard mount them. After you have it all mounted you need to run the wires into the car nicely, either drill holes with grommets or bulk head fittings to run the wires into the car, or extend the wires and run them all through an existing firewall grommet. Once they are in the car you need to get them under the dash somewhere so you may need to run some through the headliner or some under the carpet or along the carpet trim. Once you have them all under the dash they can be wired to the controller if they have one for the wireless remote or app and wire this controller appropriately to a fused power source. If you want to run them to an aftermarket switch instead, make sure the power source for the switch is properly wired to a fused power source. Hopefully that helps, sometimes you just have to get creative with wire routing and it is a lot of work to do it “properly” by taking apart the interior trim to run the wires.
@officialyungtwizted3858

@Tenmill Garage I want them under the car. Only thing is my battery sits in the trunk. I have a 01 bmw 330ci.. everytime I install under glow theirs always cords under the car like they didn't make them long enough. I'm trying to avoid doing any wire cutting
@TenmillGarage
@TenmillGarage Жыл бұрын
@@officialyungtwizted3858 Most BMW batteries are in the trunk, mine is too. I ran my wiring up under my dash because I installed a small aftermarket fuse block where I can plug in multiple aftermarket accessory’s with their own fuses easily without tapping into the cars accessory wires. No car is designed to have more aftermarket electrical components installed so you do have to do some modifications, tap into existing wires or install your own separate accessories fuse block like I’ve done and I would recommend over tapping into other wires. If you don’t have a good understanding of 12v wiring then I honestly wouldn’t do this yourself until you learn how to wire things properly or have someone else that knows how 12v wiring works help you or do it for you. Any marine shop near you will have some accessory fuse blocks available, you need to run the proper size wiring from your battery to a fuse or breaker and then to your new fuse block, your new fuse block will have outputs that you can plug in various size fuses to whatever accessory you are trying to power safely. I highly recommend the BlueSeas Circuit Wizard app for calculating wire size and breaker/fuse sizes for your application. Once you have a fuse block installed you can easily use it as a power source for your under glow, interior led lights, gauges, stereo power etc…

How reliable has the m50 been for you?
@TenmillGarage
@TenmillGarage Жыл бұрын
Late reply but honestly the M50 in this video went through ALOT! I crashed the car at one point and the throttle stuck on for about 30 seconds with no oil because the oil pan had a hole in it. Then I ended up giving that engine to a friend to put in his drift car and he drove it hard at the track for another 2 years and it finally gave in due to a clogged cat converter… so it would have kept going I’m sure. It always had a raised limited to 7k and was constantly bashing it so I’d say yes they are great engines lol
