Love the Champoux and Ciel Du Cheval blends. Some really great Bordeaux Blends come out of Washington State a lot of times at 1/3 the cost of a Napa bottle 🍷

I am not an expert in wine or anything else, but I know how to listen and judge the speaker’s level of knowledge: the speaker here is a genius! The last time I listened to this level of total grasp of the subject was in the 80’s listening to Noam Chomsky! Pauseless flow of pure genius! Immense memory for detail! I am just overwhelmed! This is spectacular!

Petrus, Romanie Conti, I’ll never drink because it’s unaffordable for me. I’ll drink Rothschild, Margaux, Mouton, Haut Brion…but never the above $1500 range. It's not easy, for someone do not like red wine and other person don't like Chardonnay and i don't like pinot noir. I Only like blend of Chardonnay 45 is mixed 55 Pinot Noir makes Champagne Prestige cuveee of grapes.
