Unfortunately biology doesn't care about how much money you make. Most females , due to modern culture, are attracted to men with higher Salaries. The problem occurs when you want your spouse to lead but reject his leadership because you dont feel he is superior to you in some way. Im not saying all women are rhis way but a large majority due to modern culture is. Our society does not support strong marriages.

I dated a man who showed early signs of serious memory loss on our second date. I cycle, so our second date was outdoors as I like to get an idea of physical fitness with these older men. I later learned he'd had major brain surgery. I don't want to spend my fit years caring for an old man... I still have my elderly mom to look after, though she is still fit at almost 80. Very interesting. I am in my early 60's. I graduated my MSN program in Health Informatics in 2013 and have never worked in the field. Not because I did not put forth the efforts. After going without work for 1 year and constantly being offered Case Management positions without any offers of informatics (analysis, data entry, support, superuser, etc[I was looking for anything]), I ended up accepting positions in Case Management. I have seen most sorts and degrees of racism in healthcare. I am looking forward to completing my Nurse Practitioner training. The history of healthcare, research, pain management is covered in racism.

I wonder if there will be something for other allied health workers. The demand for L&D and OR nurses is because once RN's get thise jobs they rarely leave. They RARELY want to go back to the floors or ICU once they make it out of those areas. Right now, it Student loan repayment for $5,400 is an incentive. The best retention bonuses I have seen in $20k for 2- 3 years.
