@KevBinge10 күн бұрын
Nah, they won’t lose anyone. They keep growing, and even then, they don’t care. That said, you’re right with camera control and a few other things. They could definitely use improvements.

Hi Kev, I just went to someone's You Tube, who teaches Blender, and I was going to give him an offer to put Blender effects on public domain pictures of like mountains, nature, for 10$ a photo, to just, "throw some nodes" on there. I saw that he's not that good, and so the jobs open. It's like a movie, every picture is a background. I know how to do it, but I've got to reserve my desktop for the characters, b/c I have the voice files, and stuff.

can you please help me with a quick question? How did you edit both sides of the cube at the same time? like when u changed the vertices of the cube on one side it changed on the other side too.
@atticuskelem34726 күн бұрын
not 100% sure if this is the problem, but that sounds like a mirror modifier-- you can set an object to mirror points around whatever axis you set. hope this helps! i'm currently struggling with the subsurface modifier bit D:

at the end of the video you mentioned that you were skeptical about putting out that last tidbit of info so the trolls wouldn't get there hands on it, are there a lot of trolls in the blender community? I've only encountered a couple and was wondering what is your experience in that regard has been from someone who reaches a far wider audience and probably see's a whole lot more

One of my biggest problems is my inability to sell myself (CV and portfolio) and reading about this online is so exhausting because there are so many opinions and contradictions. I'm lost
@KevBinge2 ай бұрын
Self advocacy is very difficult and doesn’t come naturally for many. Couple that with a horrible job market right now and it’s a mess. Hang in there. Confidence sells, and it helps to realize that you can’t ever know everything for a job. Get confident in your ability to find and apply information to solve problems, and that can take you a long way.
