It may seem easier but its just as hard since youll need to find people to even give you certain pokemon like the Mythicals that are legitimate and not hacked.

Pokemon Go helps but there are some pretty significant gaps. You also can't just make a given Pokemon show up. It's more of a passive strategy as opposed to getting them all right now

@@rodo9813 someone send me a fucking Lunula Through Trade when I was playing PKMN sun also got 4 Different Ultra Beast (Never figured out how to catch them myself heck my game always glitched after the championship or maybe I just didn't wait long enough (about 8-12 mins I waited) also Have been sent like 12 different Starters 3 Other Legendaries and Mythicals

Think I sent over a magickarp also for that Lunula 😅 I remember Having like 92 Magickarps cuz I wanted a Adamant Moxie Garadoes with 31 Atk and Speed and even then i settled on one with 27~29 atk and 22~25 SPD (They can't tell us the Ivs they give a Rough Graph with a few points of error)

The issue with Go is there are the gaps you mentioned and you can’t really find specific Pokémon easily. It’s a good option to just passively get mons but if if you want to finish a national dex, this is the way.

Also if you ever wanted to transfer a go mon into one of the mainline games you need to have a non go version of that mon first

@@theguthboyw Idk for how long but I know when sv was able to connect to home people were asking to do touch trades to let their mon from go be able to enter sv like hoopa which if in your box/party in sv let's be able to get the items to change its form and it happened when it couldn't have a suicune enter my sv save only after a non go one entered first
