I got a question about this kayak sailing setup. I just got a beautiful Easy Rider Dolphin made from Kevlar in 2012 and I love this kayak so much that I am thinking about adding a sailing rig to it. With the kayak setting in this video, can one still paddle with a catamaran on one side (is paddle going to hit catamaran?)? Can sail be removed on open water? Lets suppose there is not wind, can one easily take down the sail and just paddle? This is 8 years old video, so I know chances are slim I will get a reply to my question. Dan from Seattle
