I can't believe some if the choices that you made plumbing in that exhuast. 1) why didn't you use all stainless. A set of stainless mufflers are cheaper if the life of the product is taken into consideration. 2) why did you sacrifice how the install looks over how it fits. You could have rotated the mufflers outward on the top, placeing the tubing farther away from the fuel tank...even spacing the mufflers further outward on the hanger, giving more clearance for the gas tank. I really like you solution for the header to transmission clearance...very well done.

Hi, just bought a 3010, swapping engine out, how do you bleed both radiators?
@JasonJonieBuilds2 ай бұрын
It is tough....fill with coolant, raise the front of the utv. Purge air from the purge valves (screws) at the thermostate and radiator coolant tube. Runs the engine with rad cap off and let it bubble the air out. It can take a long time. Pray....These are finicky machines.

Hey Jason, Installing my Tom's 2.5 front suspension now. My springs did not go on as easy as yours. There was no gap at the bottom of the spring to clear the retainer tap so had to improvise there. Funny my shock tower frame mounts and shock mounts are different than yours. Your video is a great reference. I was looking for you at Super Cel east. Take Care!

25 years ago I painted cars. For some reason body guys didn’t understand sharpie ink would cause imperfections in the paint. I always had to remove the sharpie ink before painting or else a few years later that would start to show through.
@randylawrence47443 ай бұрын
Hey I just want to thank you for your fantastic videos guys. I was wondering if you have a recommendation for order of restoration. I'm about a quarter into my restoration and wondering about when to prime paint body, how to store the body while completing the chassis in a way that does not bend it and ruin the bodywork I've done. I have built a frame temporary but moving the body onto the chassis means I have to take that frame off. So I'm just wondering about when should we tackle what?
@JasonJonieBuilds3 ай бұрын
Randy thanks for watching! Your concern regarding the bodywork and moving it around is valid. I was concerned myself. I did the major panel replacement on the frame because that way I knew the mounts were at the correct elevation. After the steel work was close I removed the body and started the chassis. Basically to break up the build. Chassis parts go on quick and it helped keep me motivated. Bodywork just takes so much time it wears on ya. I hope this helps good luck.
