is it better than moxibustion that apply heat dirwctly... ? think direct heat is better than moxa stick ... dont think moxa stick works as much as regular moxibustion but that 1 only more convinient

I bow to her. She personally taught me in 1985. Guruji himself asked me to come to his class and Prashant+Geetaji+Guruji directly taught to me on the side of his group class. This was enough for me to as far as Training is concerned.
