is it better than moxibustion that apply heat dirwctly... ? think direct heat is better than moxa stick ... dont think moxa stick works as much as regular moxibustion but that 1 only more convinient

I bow to her. She personally taught me in 1985. Guruji himself asked me to come to his class and Prashant+Geetaji+Guruji directly taught to me on the side of his group class. This was enough for me to as far as Training is concerned.

We can't actually see when the instructor demonstrates getting into the inversion as the students block the camera..... :-(
