Nice demonstration. I have a similar machine and can evenly roast a half-pound, give or take a few ounces, in a single batch. It clocks right around 35-40 minutes. Another way to cool down is to borrow the water spray bottle from the ironing closet and spray the hot beans after you've poured them in a single layer on a backing sheet.
