We have a Mexican restaurant that started in my tiny Midwestern town. Tiny as in 3500 people in the biggest town in the county and like 6000-7000 total in the entire county including the main town. Anyway this restaurant is unbelievably good. So good that it started winding up on best restaurants in the state. Some how it is now like #2 in every list and they started opening up more around the area a county over. I think they own 3 which is a good point to stop. They rake in so much. Anyway they have this thing called the Alan Special which is the Mexican style rice, chicken or steak or even ground beef, the white queso, beans and a veggies on the side so you can throw in what you want that comes with shells, salsa, etc. I love a good shell but honestly its so damn good that I will just have the rice, ground beef, queso, beans, and maybe a few peppers here or there and then eat it like hamburger helper and dip each bite in their homemade from scratch salsa. Heaven on earth. Its pretty hard to beat Mexican food.

People look at me like I'm crazy for putting ranch on my pizza. For me it has to be Hidden Valley Ranch or no ranch at all. Also acceptable is Texas Pete or Chalula hot sauce. Looking forward to trying hot honey now! Love your channel ❤
