All water that connects to the gulf or ocean have sharks. Fresh and brackish can have bull sharks. Saltwater has many types of sharks. I live in Alabama 1 1/2 hours from Mobile Bay (part of the Gulf of Mexico). We have the occasional bullsharks in our freshwater rivers. I have personally seen 2 in our river.

I guess no one told you that bull sharks can swim in both fresh and salt water. bull shark the bull shark, Carcharhinus leucas, which can swim between salt and fresh water, and are found in tropical rivers around the world.

They can survive up to 17 years in fresh water. So the chances are that if a body of water is in any way connected to the ocean there's a chance Bull Sharks are there.

Exactly the point. If a customer needs to sell at the highest net profit hiring the cheapest representative will not get you the highest net, you will save in fees and lose actual profit, imagine this. do to less advertising = less potential costumers seeing it, = less offers which = tons of negotiations, and since they didn’t even have the power to negotiate their own worth why would they negotiate and argue to make you more money. Now imagine this: you hire a pro: that pro spends thousands in pro marketing, adds it to websites that your home would never appear on with the flat fee agent, because he doesn’t pay the $9,000.00 to have access to those sights. You get a ton of views, which because we pay for remarketing so the algorithms is showing your home to that potential buyer again and again on all social media platforms google etc reminding them about that one property they clicked on 3 days ago, now offers start coming in, 2 of them want 20k off, sorry multiple offers situation highest and best only NEXT. Then the offer hits full price cash deal but wants you to replace the flooring. Sorry multiple offer situation not interested. Finally after hours or days of negotiating on your behalf you sell your home for $20k more then you would have and don’t need to spend money and time replacing a floor! Why would the flat fee agent go thru all that work? he gets paid to say yes and move on. And the customer loses. Yes do we make more money 100% but we also spend way more money! it’s a business but a business designed where if our clients do well we do well. The harder we work the more money are clients net and that’s called a win win for everyone.

Yes, they usually should have some form of a weighted tarp thats supposed to be rolled over the top of the gravel and sand to prevent this, otherwise you would need to contact the D.O.T. and Florida state police
