Almost 3 years ago a driver ran a stop sign and totalled my vehicle. Her insurance low-balled paying for my vehicle. Now almost three years later my insurance company, Progressive, is charging me more than $200 a year for minimal coverage on my car. Progressive is penalizing me, charging me for for being an accident victim. How do they think that is fair, good business practice?

Does any crime disqualify a person from having their record sealed/expunged? I’m a RSO in Florida for 18 years. Can’t find a job because once they run my background check it’s over for me. I have a wife and kids and want to finally be able to move forward with my life and give my family the best of me.

So I got hit the other day and the police report states the other driver failed to yield and was 100% at fault. There insurance company Alfa sent me a letter and said we do not see any fault on our insured driver and deny your claim. This enraged me like it’s two doors and some paint and I’m the type of person that isn’t trying to get every dollar I just want it fixed that simple. I contacted my insurance to find out my liability doesn’t cover collision except if I hit someone so they told me they couldn’t do anything I was like ahhh ok so y’all can’t help me recover money from them or anything no sir we can’t and I’m just speak less as the thoughts of if I don’t pay my auto insurance the state suspended a my registration and fines me but allows the insurance companies to do however they want and force us to fund them to screw us this makes no sense so I say this and the lady says we’ll idk air is there anything I can help you with I say I doubt it but you tell me is there anything you can help me with uhm no sir I don’t think so. So I call lawyers and they say they aren’t interested because there’s no money in it there first question is are there injuries no just my vehicle oh we can’t help you like wtf what the absolute f. Forced to pay forcefully screwed and then nobody wants to do there job. If I was a lawyer yeah more money the better but when I see these thieving leaches steal and deny knowing they are screwing someone idk take the case just because it’s right and I’d make that insurance company pay. I’m just so fed up with the way we allow things like this to be ok. They make billions and we starve and constantly get screwed.

It depends. If you are honest there is no need. You won’t have to. But if you are looking for a little instant gratification, there are plenty of disreputable accident attorneys who will make your dreams come true .

Most people don't know this, but if you were involved in a crash and your car or truck was repaired your insurance company owes you a "Diminished Value" check, because your vehicle loses value if you ever try and sell it due to it being involved in a wreck!!!! If you didn't get your call your insurance company and if they low ball you get a 3rd party appraiser who will get you way more money!!!!

It isn't only insurance company agents playing dirty tricks both in the days leading up to and after someone has recieved a large amount of money. Once people get wind of there being a large amount of money that is going to be sitting anywhere that is when all of the crooks around oftren come out of the woodwork looking to weasel there way in to benefiting from that money too or instead. We all know what their instead might include too. By the way when all that is going on talking to a doctor could become only all the more problematic for some people most of the time who are female or who are children only because in todays world men are still being regarded as being stronger and smarter and more together.
