Good to discover your channel.. It makes me think of a haul I bought 6 months ago.. 120 1970's Soul Funk R&B records, all near mint for 60 cents a piece here in Reno ! Finally someone shows the greatness of Natalie Cole. I need one of those Natalie Live LP's !! EWF "Devotion" is my favorite track by them.. And I am a huge Tower Of Power fan as well ! Very cool video, and I will check back in again.. JT

@omgitstyt Sure, no problem.. I think " Back To Oakland" and East Bay Grease" might be a good start.. Actually, any of the first 5 albums are my go-to's.. What Is Hip? and " You're Still A Young Man" !!! 🎵

I just subscribed. I've just watched a few of your videos and although your music isn't generally in my wheelhouse, I like your enthusiasm for your favourites. Maybe I'll check some of them out. Having said that, I do actually have an Earth, Wind and Fire record. Can't remember the title, but I think it's a live album or is it split half live and half studio. Haven't actually listened to it fully yet.

Peace man... nice collection. He just did a "Pilot Talk" box set the other day. I agree, "Covert Coup" is that fire. I have most of his tapes on physical media (cdr) as well. Stay solid.

Peace fam thanks for checking out the channel. I go way back with spitta I was tuned in early. I was the guy who always put my friends up on the underground artists. I had people talk crap about the homie to now be fans lol. Ive talked about him on other vids and will continue to share.

Lovely setup but dayyyyyyyum brother..... you gotta dust that gear! As an ex mobile DJ, I have a lot of the records you do; a lot of Funk/Soul/R&B/Disco acts and a heap of Old School Hip Hop. Interesting how you separate the groups and artists; I separate the albums out by genre in alphabetical order by artist, and on the other side of the closet I keep my 12 inch and 7 inch singles (also by genre, but the 45RPM singles are just in alphabetical order by title of song; the 12 inchers are in order by name of song too). My CDs are all in alphabetical order by artist - not by any genre or anything. Wish I could show you my old school hip hop collection - it would blow your mind. Original pressings of Paid in Full, It's a Big Daddy Thing, No One Can Do it Better, The Diabolical Biz, It Takes Two, Loced After Dark, Radio, It Takes a Nation of Millions to Hold Us Back...... AND I TOTALLY HAVE THE 12 INCH SINGLE OF PAPERBOY'S DITTY!!

Nice room! In regards for the popped (?) cassettes, you could open them carefully and if they came apart at the reel, you can tape or glue them to the reel. Then glue the cassette shells back together. Just gotta be careful because the magnetic tape is fragile. Again love the room and the Zia records labels and goodwill finds.

Mania was also a Pac Div tape.. The Div was actually their first “debut” album with Universal. nice Joey pickup too! 🔥🔥
