Good comparisons and in depth… could you talk about who and who can’t become a lawyer? Also is there a video talking about the pathways to becoming a lawyer? I have my BA in psychology and am a current BSN student…. Is there an accelerated option? 🤔

There are alternatives to becoming a lawyer without going to law school in some states. For example, Kim Kardashian is taking California's alternative path to licensure, which you can read about here: jdadvising.com/how-to-become-a-lawyer-like-kim-kardashian/. Outside of these limited programs, you will need to go to law school.

Who's watching in 2024? Memorize the elements of crime. Yes. Criminal Law isn't a favorite topic of mine. But Bar "Passers" can't be choosers. I like how she went through all the answers and stated the arguments per. Gracias! 😊

Real property is one of my favorites so that I can probably benefit from teaching my "Bar Passer" friends (being optimistic), a little real life experience with various topics, e.g. Easements, mortgagor, mortgagees, etc..
