Put a sheet on the beds you have really let yourself down there trust me it’s the little details that says it all . Most of my clients in the hmo game have brand new mattresses coated in brand new plastic for all rooms . The miss match bases and mattresses look cheap .

This is the WORST place that you can find. Extremely noisy cause of the stupid tend, the lowest of the low tenants, drug addicts, psychopaths, sociopaths, name it, frequent parties in the middle of the night, lifts go out of order quite often, massive windows which result to massive energy losses, the radiators are a joke (seriously..), mold, lots of it... If you don't believe me, hah.. Give it a go for a few months and then, let me know...

Could have bought one of these 2 bed flats at Brankgate Court in 1998 for £59,000.I had £14,200 at the time for a deposit and other costs.But i was self employed and didnt have in that year a chartered accountant to do the books.I had one the year before but wasnt sufficient for the next year.Despite other assurances i gave they knocked me back when i asked for a mortgage.I easily had enough to buy it.£50 a week? No prob.But no,they rejected it.😠😠
