Both of my hearing aids are not working. Going on over 2 month and not having them. After downloading the new app I no longer have any of those modes, I lost the availability of adjusting BOTH hearing aids. I no longer have relax mode. I never had panoramic, or my mode. I'm not a happy customer!

did you get it figured out? I just got a pair of longer ones and I can get the pin out but not the wire. It doesn't help that the video shows a different kind of ear piece.

How do you turn them up and gown? Can you wear them in the shower? Do you have to worry about hairspray how do you get some answers to your questions? I’m very discouraged because I have no one to talk to to find out what I need to do all I know is they cost 3500 I signed all of that away but now I don’t have anyone to talk to.

This is nice, but I want to learn the mechanics of using the hearing aids. 1) Is there an on/off mechanism to the hearing aids? 2) How do I adjust the level of the sound? I’ve been told people adjust their hearing aids with their iPhones. How do I do that? 3) How does the recharging device work? Does it need to be connected with its USB cord while it is “charging” my hearing aids? 4) Why isn’t there a link from this video to a more inclusive link?

Eventually, I am able to get the click dome to click in but it takes me 30 minutes of struggle to refit both hearing aids. I am afraid of damaging my hearing aid because I have to use so much pressure. I have those extra holders to keep the aids from falling out. They slip back and forth and seem to be part of the problem. This video doesn’t have any guidance to get the domes to click on. My provider didn’t show me how to click them on either.

Have you ever tried Costco hearing aids? I’ve had mine for a few years and they have been amazing. Any they are only like $1500 for the pair and still had all the features for the $6500 pair.
