People overseas need jobs, too. Maybe more Americans need to live in community rather than set apart. A lot of housing in America is akin to mansion-like in those "third world" countries. Corporate wealth is obviously a problem but let's not forget consumers tend to prefer cheaper goods. Walmart even initially attempted to sell mostly "made in America" products but consumers opted for more affordable alternatives. It's not just people "at the top" then causing the dynamic.
