Alfredo's art had dimension and movements! Far too advanced for its time! Brilliant! I discovered him when I bought He-man, MOTU in 1983! It came with an awesome mini comic book!😊

soooo.......I think CGC should really give the customer an explanation as to how they come up with the grading for these books as I think that is only fair and therefore the customer will know the reasons.......it also provides a good quality control protocol for them so that something like this doesn't happen.....however, to be fair, again, since they don't give you details on how they came to this grade, is it possible it has some kind of minute defect that does in face lower its grade from what appears to be a 9.0 VF/NM down to a 4.0 VG copy.........I mean, could it have a pin hole through the book or some other unforgiving defect that is not obviously noticeable that they found......so I think CGC does themselves a disservice by not explaining themselves and of course I realize it would take time to do this for their customers but, I think that should be part of the process rather than it being a mystery when you receive your graded books back from them...........

If you are a fan of Science Fiction, Morrow, along with Wally Wood. Dan Adkins, Ralph Reese and (at the very end of Pohl's run) Vaughan Bode did illustrations for Fred Pohl's Galaxy Magazine. Among other stories he illustrated was Gordon R. Dickson's Hugo-winning novellette Soldier Ask Not which are classic drawing's. Morrow also did covers for Ace Books when Don Wollheim ran it back in the sixties. They show that he could sometimes do amazing things with color - his The Dark World by Henry Kuttner and his early Philip Jose Farmer World of Tiers covers are definitely worth looking at.

If you are using Sonoma go to System Settings and then to Network. On the bottom right you see three dots (. . .) next to a question mark (?). Click on the 3 dots and then choose Locations. Then Edit Locations and add a new one

Great video Nick I was wondering if you've ever heard of applying a dry ice to the surface of the tape before removal? I heard that neutralizes the adhesive

I always reviled that AS 60 cover. Ugly colors. None of those cover would rate in my 10. Romita or otherwise. But each to they're own. Beautiful condition though. Love that!👍

I'm sorry about your sister and just said a quick prayer for her. Hope all is going well for you. Ironically, I just found your channel when I was referred here for your grading videos and I'm very much looking forward to learning how to become a better grader, and sorting through the rest of the videos on your channel. Take care and God bless!

I didn't know about that IH Annual 7 being by Byrne or I would have picked one up around the late 70's as I was trying to collect all things Byrne. I liked Layton too as I was a big Iron Man fan. Usually, back then, it was noted in Overstreet if Byrne did something but the annual doesn't have anything noted. I do have that Team-Up and Feature though.

Some amazing (condition) Charlton Byrne books. I picked up some of those Charlton books way back when and I had him sign a couple of them at a show. I liked his Rog 2000 so I had him draw a robot fighting Spiderman at the same show for $35. It was $20 for one figure and $15 for a second (on the same page).
