I had a 75 dm600, my Dad gave it to me. He did not want me driving a dump truck. It was the best thing in my life!!! I drove until Dad died of cancer, and I still have a hard time about the decision I made with my truck. I left it at our shop and moved to Ga. Bad mistake, my little sister took her for a joy ride, not knowing much about driving it. She tore my baby up so bad she was retired to the back field. No one would tell me what the hell happened. My little sister died a few years back. Finally one of the other sisters told me the truth. I understand they were worried I would seriously harm Rudie. I was glad to hear the truth but that truck was my love ❤, I was the only child that followed my Dad's footsteps. Everything about my truck and the whole crew at the shop was my life. I miss my truck 😢

Used to drive an RD occasionally that was black with an R/S aluminum bed. Then they made it a tractor and got to pull an R/S aluminum trailer. 350 Mack and a 2-stick 12 speed. 70 maxed out and she'd snort! Good times!

@@deborahchesser7375 At least 44's. They never changed anything from the tri-axle setup. You could jack knife it on pavement loaded and it was so stiff you'd have to get another truck to pull it out straight again because the outside drives would be up in the air. Had an armored trainer to haul boulders on flood control projects with a barn door tailgate. NEVER had a problem. The hoe would pull us in and shove us out.

F model and the DM/U. Oh need a single axle MD with a hydraulic spotter wheel. I have a picture of a stand up Mack cab garbage truck with a high hoist 5th wheel Designed to dump trailers like a dump truck. It's from an aluminum plant in Kentucky. One of the goofiest trucks I've ever seen.
