Really those single family resident homes have an HOA? 😂

Myself and two other neighbors bought a really good power washer We shared the cost. We do our own power wash and we help neighbors who don't have one so it's not slippery come winter time.

The only people that like HOAs are power hungry boomers and people that buy houses to sell for profit. Both are really lame

All that house and land and living paycheck to paycheck with kids. How sad.

Very nice of you! You’ll go far. But be careful a big heart will get you in big trouble!! Especially now that you putted your own self on this video. But with luck karma will destroy anyone that does you that way on purpose!! Keep up the good work may you be blessed for your kindness.

I NEVER thought I would LOVE these pressure washing videos SO SATISFYING! I can't get enough! Also the stories are SO GOOD! Also satisfying. It's sad that the name "Karen" has become synonymous with HORRID PEOPLE. Parents who gave their children this name had no way of knowing what they would be faced with... It seems there's always someone around to try and spoil everyone's good days...

Jeez man. That’s the downside of dealing with ppl. Americans can be so entitled…. But yeah that’s why we need that signature. Before and after.

Takes a professional a few minutes because of skill and equipment. Takes you a few hours and rented equipment. People that are good at their jobs should not be penalized for how quickly they work.

This is an extremely difficult situation i have found myself in several times. Your in a difficult position where you risk having someone badmouth you and give you a bad reputation. I have never advertised for work and only get contracted on word of mouth recommendations, i dont even have a business card. I am fortunate enough to always have plenty of work on, but working in a extremely densely populated city, word can get around quickly and your only as good as your last job. So when a customer asks me to do a job that i know is going to look awful like this, i normally try and encourage them to rethink and have even refused to do a job. Sometimes turning down a couple 100 quid is better than tarnishing your reputation ❤

Thats the kinda something crazy that would happen to me and catch the blame for something impossible that is a coincidence. Showing up to pressure wash the driveway, getting told to avoid the chimney and a random plumbing problem happening with water flooding the cabinets while you're there.

If you’re asking for a discount, you probably don’t have a nice enough property to worry about it being online anyways

The worst part is that I know that guy has probably gotten complaints about how dirty the sidewalk is. And is now going to hear a Karen complain that they got water on their lawn.

Good for you not to fall for that meaningless threat. No one has that power. If they do try something you can always complain about them, as I bet you know.

This is a valid reason why all HOA’s should be banned in America. To be honest, an HOA is basically up to eight of your worst neighbors having the right to blackmailing you to do whatever they want you to do for them. Please support the Amateur Radio Disaster Preparedness Act of 2024. SAVE LIVES! 😊

I wonder what increased the water "pressure" in the pipes to cause them burst like that... <I have no idea how a pressure washer works.>

As a former builder/remodeling contractor my best advice is never supply paint or stain. Tell the customer the quantity and send them to the paint store. It's an exception to the rule 'we only install what we sell' but it a necessary one.

Hoa's can't ban a contractor from working in their neighborhood 😂

HOA should not exist, period. It creates a superiority complex, and that always ends up with the most unhinged people with no other things going on in their lives. After going through all the troubles of owning property in todays day and age and having some insane person hover over and wqlk past your place 100 times if you never brought in your trash cans quick enough.
