He did his father proud here. I'd like to hear some of his own stuff as well.

George didn’t want this song to be a sad one, but listening to it with this video made me teary. No matter the later squabbles no one could ever break the bond. RIP John and George ❤

George Harrison was surely some kind of a genius. Just think about it: (sitar) Raga Rock, (12-string electric) Folk Rock, ‘pop’ slide guitar, and electronic-synth noodling were all introduced and brought to the fore by him… That’s four genres! He may have been “the quiet Beatle”, but the maxim ‘Still waters run deep’ could’ve been no better exemplified than by his musical innovation.

Got Billy cranked up while getting sloshed in remote farm house in north Queensland. What a champ. To keep my beloved English theme going its stones, gimme shelter next then a bit of Mr knopfler lead break after that. Best wishes everyone ❤️ ❤

Ann Wilson. What a great artist. I missed it when it was happening in the 1970s and '80s. It went by me somehow. Here, she is working at about 6/10s of the vocal range and power of her youth, but her technique is perfect and her choices as an artist are perfect. She is a genius. Our job is to listen. Lucky us.
