Yes, that is true. But it depends on when you go. I was there in August and it was on the end of the high season, and not so crowded. In fact some resturants and places did not have customers at all other than me :p And plenty of space at the beaches.

@@jonromeo yeah better not go in high season. Albania is cheaper than other European countries to travel. Btw the quality of your video is really good. Great camera

Thank you so much! Yes I would love to go back there. The hotel I stayed at called Hotel da Luz had a full kitchen in the room. But I am not sure if all the rooms have a full living room and kitchen. We had an apartment in the hotel. And plenty of small supermarkeds around. But I think one option would be to book an apartment on airbnd with kitchen and all the supplies. Even though we did not use the kitchen so much, we actually ate breakfast and all the meals outside of the hotel. Br, Jon

According to Google it is called Relinda Beach. It is on the tip facing all the small islands. It was the most beautiful spot in Ksamil. Recommended to be there early.

On the very south end of Durres beach it is called Plazhi i Golemit. But I think it looks very similar to Durres beach. One of the taxi drivers recommended a beach called Spille Beach which is about 40 km south of Durres. But I did not have time to check it out.
