When people talk about how bad Mappa has it I try to humble and remind people about this documentary. These guys were beat you can see it on their faces, there is bound to be issues but animators need breaks too, they really need to come up with a better way of managing and producing without having to keep drawing frames sometimes seconds before airing.

All the best to all animators with their wonderful project which they're animating with full of passion with blood, tears and sweat , if any animator is reading this then just don't give up with your project cause you can finish it and can show it to the world no matter how much time it takes

You should check The Line studio, based in London and heavily inspired by japanese animation. There's also plenty of incredible 2D animation studios in France.

Because of gintama I found something similar to purpose in life. When I was at a rough point in my life, exhausted by all the studying and loneliness on top of that, I had the pleasure of watching gintama to look forward to every week or so. Of course it wasn't just gintama but it was a huge part of my life. But now looking back on all the hard work I can be proud that I made something of my life, I can be proud that I have become a cheeseburger
