It needs an oil change. Every time you change the oil you need to reset that indicator light so that the ECU knows when to warn you again to change the oil. Every 6000 km from the moment of reset the indicator will warn you that you have to change the oil. The reset button is located under the fairings in the front, above headlights.

@@alexandrudamian8075 first off thank you again for your time. I got the front end figured out and removed the cover(it will be much quicker next time I do it)and found the reset button. I pressed it and held it in a few seconds. The oil change and belt change icon appeared then went away. However the service light still flashes for the first 30 seconds still when I turn it on. Is there a certain amount of time or procedure to hold the button? Or could it mean something else is wrong? Thank you again, these are pretty scarce in the USA and I can not find much info on these.

And to answer your question, from what I can recall, short clicks selects between the three service lights and after the one you want to reset is flashing keeping for 5 to 10 seconds on the reset button will do the job.

That is the intercom. Not every X9 has it. You can connect the helmets with wire to the scooter and talk with the passenger, listen to music and take calls.

It depends on the weight that you carry and the speed when you start the overtaking. If you ride alone, there will be no problems in overtaking. Over 120km/h the overtaking becomes a little sluggish but not concerning.

@@alexandrudamian8075 Would you at any point consider it under-powered for a 500? Can it compete on the freeway?

@@ClayMationNation Yes it can, it does 160 - 170km/h. It's not underpowered, the only "downside" is that cvt gearbox which you can't control as you'd wish. It's not like you can downshift 2 gears and make that overtake. You pull the gas and she does what she knows to get you going, but you get used to this and becomes natural. I'm really happy with this maxi-scooter.

Is that size of wind shield works well? I am a naked bike user and looking to buy one of these ones for long jorneys. Wind is messing me up very bad on my current bike. How about this one? Is it comfortable at high speed?
