Why do they depart with the sliding door open and the crewman laying on the floor? Firstly, you lose climb performance with the door open, secondly, laying on the floor or standing in the door way is not a crash worthy position. It just seems very odd. If I was the pilot I'd just say get in, close the door, sit down and strap in.

@@AussiePlaneSpotterVideography That was just a standard confined area departure except it would be safer if the sliding door was closed with everybody seated before they got airborne.

No clue, it’s the second time it has departed the next day. Guessing there was something they had to fix on the aircraft.

Yeah, but for any camera you buy, it won’t be this smooth out of the box. Lots of stabilisation and Keyframes are still needed.

I saw an enormous aircraft yesterday 29th November around 5.30pm in Perth. Was it a Globemaster? Can’t find anything online, hoping you can help!

As far as I know, there hasn't been any Military Action on November 29th at Perth Airport. My best bet if it seemed big was that is that you could've mistaken this aircraft for the daily Emirates A380 that arrives at 5:20pm.
