Hello brother I have a question if someone can answer it . Actually I have applied to collect my bachelor's degree few days ago and it would take almost nearly 3 months to receive my degree so the question is can I apply for admission in Finland on the basis of Provisional certificate.. Note : My degree was completed almost a year ago but I applied for degree late . Anyone who knows please answer this . I am from Pakistan. Thanks

Yes You can apply on provisional degree and when You will get the admission in any Finnish university then on that time you need to submit the original degree. So, go a head and best of luck

Decision a gya hai thu theek hai Ap ne jo application pr address diya tha wo sahi tha kr VfS m b wo ap se again address lethy hai wo ap ne theek diya tha. Or ap embassy ko mail kry or insist kr ke pochy ke card kio nahi aya.
