Honestly, this films marketing was god-awful. Not only did they make what is in my opinion the stupidest decision in the history of the MCU by showing Xavier in the trailer, but it was also advertised as an endgame level film. In reality is was a stylised, highly experimental and small scale sequel to doctor strange. Flawed, yes. Bad, no. If the marketing had been better this film would've gotten so much more love. Even now its starting to age extremely well.

To be honest, I commend marvel for being bold. I am not a hater, I love iron man 3 and Loki. So I think I can say I like marvel when it’s different. But I think this movie was just not good. But if you just like to watch simple beat ‘em up superhero movies. Then this movie is perfect for you.

I swear I don’t know how people could even hate this movie, bro if you do that’s on you, you probably know nothing bout the multiverse and previous marvel movies and shows. But I really loved it and I wish to watch it again soon to focus more on the story and what it’s trying to deliver! It’s my favorite marvel movie since it has a new concept of horror and the multiverse! I wish to see more of the multiverse in marvel!!

I think people need to realize this wasn’t supposed to be THE biggest marvel movie. This is a sequel to Dr. Strange, not a standalone film for a large story like Infinity War or Endgame. And it was a DAMN good sequel.
