wow nearly 2 hours of recording voice overs??? i gotta say, i love how dedicated you are to making content, and i always enjoy listening to your voice overs!! also, if you wanted to make your motel function as a motel, you could change the lot type from ‘bar’ to ‘vacation rental’, and your sims should be able to vacation to it/rent out a room! (i’m pretty sure.. i’ve never tried it tho lol) also the plural of roof is ‘rooves’ lmaoo 💞💕

I hate building in the snow also! I don't even like landscaping outside of spring and summer because you can't properly see what the plants are going to look like😅 And columns are expensive on a budget but they're SO worth it in my opinion. The house is lovely, and I think the gold accents on the interior look really nice!😍 And I don't personally mind that everything isn't mint themed. I know a lot of people like to commit to the colors but it's definitely not necessary for the challenge💙
