It's a grey area tbh, I've seen tons and tons of FLP remakes get sold for way higher. I'm not here defending myself if I'm doing the right thing because I don't know, but I've seen plenty of bigger channels do the same thing, some of them even make a living out of it so I'm just doing the same. If anyone have a problem with my videos, I’d take them down immediately. Besides, I'm doing remakes because I love it not because of the money (well partially I guess), but if someone were to ask me politely if I can help them remake the song, I'd happily tell them all of the samples and presets that I used. But I think that even tho I used copyrighted material, I used it in a transformative way, as a way of teaching and research which falls under the category of fair use.
