I noticed the instrument you are playing is a Yamaha yrs-23 . I own and play a Yamaha yrs-24b . These instruments are identical except for the fingering . I am amazed by the quality and sound of these "cheap" Yamaha recorders . I own several recorders , most of them are Yamaha .The yrs-24b is my " go to " recorder that I take everywhere , as it's virtually indestructible and at less than $10 , easily replaceable . I enjoy your tutorials and was glad to see you were using a cheap but high quality $10 recorder . You really make it sing . Thanks .

I actually started playing a flute right before this school year ended as my 8th instrument and now I’m going to get my own and I was just surprised by how different this song is for flute compared to baritone/trombone(what I normally played)

Здравствуи Ирина. I play it beginning with G on an alto recorder. And I think it's much easier. But there is one note in the next octave. For me it's no problem. I'm am guitar player. So I use such a plasic pipe for experiments. There is no video. Otherwise I would schow it.
