Which CYL would you want to see in live action the most?

​@@KevlinLevin I dunno. Personally I would've liked them to have done all of them. But I think the magical animations probably would've been too high budget for them, which is probably why they were never done post CYL1 since they had some type of magic unit during every CYL.

@@rustkarl I'm not too familiar with League of Legends, but when I'm browsing for music the different music and art styles always catch my attention.

Lucius and Nils from Blazing Blade. Ninian as well. And I definitely wanna say either Sakura or Elise from Fire Emblem Fates.

I would say Takumi and Alfred for the men and Azura and Ivy for the women. The thing is most of my favorites already have cyl alts😅.

@@KevlinLevin yeah. Mostly because Lucius is the only character that seems to be connected to one of the Legendary Heroes in their respective game. And Nils, I'm pretty sure he has no alternative outfit besides that Halloween outfit. (As far I remember I believe.)

I've forgotten those "personal skill", things too. Mila's Turn Wheel, Sothis' time skills, Arval's teleportation, I always forget until I accidentally press a button that activates it. Then it's "Oh yeah, this is a thing. I'll surely remember it." *forgets five seconds later*

@@KevlinLevin Haha, right? I mean I guess in a way it's good we didn't become super dependent on those skills, but it still feels odd to just forget about it when it's a valid game mechanic XD

@@404_kayjay_not_found It's just funny to me that it's WRITTEN into the game's story, sometimes even in cutscenes, and I'm all "Yup, that's a thing.", and never use it.

@@KevlinLevin Kind of how when you set up plot threads for a story you write without putting notes on the side, then you take a hiatus from writing and continue, and later you realize "oh yeah that's a thing. what was I gonna do with that again?". Selective amnesia is so weird bro XD

@@404_kayjay_not_found Writing is some thought, some imagination, and hard work. Though it's mostly just trying to figure out how to describe someone walk across a room and have it be interesting.

I'd say, Ingrid would make a fine House Leader, for BE, Hubert, Edelgard would trust him to lead the BE in her absence, as for GD, I'd say...Lysithea, Lorenz would be too proud to lead that he'll cause some mistakes, so Lysithea's the more logical choice.

For Black Eagles, I feel like Hubert would let Ferdinand lead on the surface while he's up to other shenanigans, depending on the circumstances of Edelgard's disappearance. He'd probably do whatever it takes to get her back and working in the shadows is best for that. For Blue Lions, that's a tough one, I imagine all the loyal 'knight' kids would prefer searching for the prince over bothering going to school, though I agree with axla that Ingrid would make a fine leader in such a situation. For Golden Deer, Lorenz would definitely insist that he is the most suitable candidate and I can't imagine anyone having the energy to keep arguing with him (or caring to handle the position, even). Though Lysithea would totally trip him up here and there, perhaps even unintentionally. As for actually having to choose leaders, I do imagine that difficult as well. I'd want to support the natural development of whom the classes even accept as leaders, but for example if I were Byleth and had to pick, I'd imagine I don't really understand their dynamics well enough for a choice. Maybe I'd put it up for vote, so people can nominate and vote for their classmates. That way nobody would get to complain about the results since democracy has spoken. (They still might but they had their chance lmao.)

That is a tricky question, but because of the fact they only have one seasonal alt, I would say Fafnir. Also is can you do still here from League of Legends?

@@ResurgentRaven I just watched the new FEH Channel video with no new Book 5 stuff...sad. I know most games are geared towards guys, hence heavy female and/or waifu appearances, but having some guy characters that are just kinda...normal would be nice. Like Askr is a shapeshifter and so are most, if not all of the new characters in the current book. Fafnir's just a guy-unless you count his beast form near the end. But oddly enough Fafnir is one of my favorites...but Book 5 was one of my favorites so I may be a bit biased. Anyway, yes, you are right, thanks for reading the short rant.

@@gillianwallace3980 I'd love to see more Fafnir...or just more Book 5 in general. If I remember right, not only does Book 5 have the smallest roster, but the smallest survivor count of original characters. I'm really having my fingers crossed for classic Fafnir-or dragon alt, to be summonable. Which one would you prefer of the two? And I'll take a look at the song.

An upgraded Fafnir. Dude's been shafted harder than Claude's character in Golden Wildfire. Seriously, we've gotten like 4 alts for Seithr and only ever gotten one lackluster Fafnir alt for FeH.

@@KevlinLevin I live in GMT+1, European timezone an hour ahead of London (London is basically our 0 time lol). If you had to pick the area while changing your digital clocks it'd be the one that lists Stockholm, Berlin etc as sample cities. But no worries if I end up missing you again and again haha. That's just how it is with timezones. I was at work so there was no telling how much I coulda watched to begin with. XD

I'm not competitive at all, but when I'm tossed into the arena with all the enemy's units at +10 with some crazy builds I can't even comprehend, I'm lucky to take down even one of them. I don't know what's worse though, losing to the computer or losing to a person.

That is a difficult question for me because in all honesty, they're all really bad. But I think the Scarlet Blaze Good Ending has the best ending. Azure Gleam (both Good/Bad Ending), Golden Wildfire (both Good/Bad Ending), and Scarlet Blaze Bad Ending, all never actually finalize the conflict. Really none of them do. However, the Scarlet Blaze Good Ending has the "softest" landing for its ending (if that's actually the right word to use in this context). In the Good Ending, Rhea and Thales are likely out of the picture for good, the Kingdom basically has enough might to mount a somewhat defensible response in Fhirdiad to hold out against Edelgard (which won't last long against Edelgard, Claude, and the Almyrans). Azure Gleam has a really good start but falls off on part 2 because of dumb writing decisions. Dimitri's arc is rushed through, Edelgard becomes a mindless puppet and doesn't regain her memories even after the war, the Church's role is unfinished, and even the missions are really static (just carve a path until you can do the pincer attack with Claude on Garreg Mach). Golden Wildfire is just a crapshow from start to finish. Claude goes from being a somewhat relatable character to practically a Mary Sue character. The whole campaign jumps around with very little sense of direction or focus, story or otherwise, the alliance between him and Edelgard is so forced it's wild, and the fight against the Kingdom has very little sense except to make Claude look more like a conqueror than a wise king. Genuinely the dumbest route, and quite easily the worst story in Fire Emblem, and I don't make that statement lightly. Finally, the Bad ending for Scarlet Blaze just ends the story with an ominous finish (even though it makes no friggin sense that it should). All 3 countries are still in bloody turmoil due to the war, and it doesn't show any signs of stopping. That's just atrocious. I guess they planned on Scarlet Blaze being everyone's first route and assumed they might get the Bad Ending first, because this ending definitely lets you know you done screwed up. Funnily enough though, this ending has quite probably the one time in the series I liked Claude. He's like, "Yeah, I'm fed up with being treated like the victim, now WE'RE going on the offense." And then he proceeds to fight both Edelgard and Dimitri at the same time, despite him not being even remotely well-armed compared to them. Sure, it makes no sense for him to act like that, but at the same time, it was cool to see that side of him. So, here's my verdict: 1. Scarlet Blaze: Has the most consistently solid route. 2. Azure Gleam: Has the best first half of any of the routes but falls off after the Arianrhod fight. 3. Golden Wildfire: Has the most consistently bad route. Essay over.
