Hola.acabo de adquirir mi game capture neo.juego en ps4 casi siempre fornite.y nose que ocurre que se ve mal.en el obs lo tengo puesto en personalizado resolución 1800p a 60 fps y todo lo demas esta como biene de fabrica.pero se ve muy mal la calidad de la imagen.te pasa lo mismo? HD60x if you plan to use the ChatLink Pro (you cant use Chatlinkpro on the Elgato Neo). But if you don’t care for it, and want to save some money, get the Neo.

Yeah but gba is alot more simple. I've seen people say 3ds failed on them even back when it came out. I think some were defective tho. Usually they last a long time.

Hey I'm going to end up getting this and I've been seing comments on audio issues, does it pick up in game audio and gamechat when you use Elgato Neo? That's my only concern atm.

Are you using a Mac and OBS to capture? then make sure to select set the Audio Monitoring of the Elgato to "Monitor and Output". I'm capturing both gameplay audio and party chat just fine. To capture your own voice though, you need a separate mic. You also need another mic so your friends can hear you. Get a cheap mic and connect that to your PS for your party members to hear you. Get a better mic and connect that your Mac, add it as an audio source in your OBS to capture your voice commentary. I don't know how you can do it on a PC, but i assume it is a similar process.

That was the only thing that was worrying me because I wanted to buy an elgato neo but the reviews left me nervous, I wanted to make sure if it'll support the whole audio from gameplay to voice chat. For some reason I saw reviews on people having trouble with game audio and game chat audio.

you need to go to the Edit menu on the OBS at the top bar, then select "Audio Advance Properties". Then for Audio Monitoring, select Monitor and Output.

i had a flare red og 3ds in 2017, but i replaced it with a metallic blue new 3ds xl until it was sold in late 2017 to buy a switch (bad decision). thats why you should never sell your 3ds for a switch, kids!

I get no signal in OBS on my M1 MacBook Air. It sees the device, but reports no signal. I am using an XBox series X. I have raised a case with Elgato support.

@@bazcurtis178 have you tried deactivating HDCP or something similar on your Xbox? On PS, you need to do this, else the screen will just be black.

@@TheUnboxology There is no specific setting for that on an XBox. From what I have read it has to be energy saving mode. It is. I also plugged in my MacBook Pro and that didn’t work either.

I fixed it in the end. It was the USB-C cable I was using. I wanted to use a USB-C to USB-C cable as the MacBook Air M1 doesn’t have a USB-A socket. I didn’t want to use a hub. Turns out, although that cable worked with my external SSD drives, it was a charging cable, not a data cable. Once I used the Elgato cable with a hub it worked. I have now ordered a USB-C to USB-C data cable.

I just picked up a Ulanzi Claw to use with my teleprompter, so I don't have to adjust the camera distance every time. Also makes it easier to remove the camera when I'm done! Nice job on the unboxing video, A-1!
