Answering Paradigm Shifters by Nana Gyesie question on: "How does one stay conscious with our dreams?" Bhante Buddharakkhita's answered on the above question as follow: "The more mindful we are the more conscious we become. However, night dreams happen when we are fast asleep, not mindful . We will miss a lot of the dreams. So, Mindfulness might help us in remembering the dreams when you wake up, but not while dreaming." Hope this answer helps :)

Answering Agnes Chj question on : "How will one know for oneself if they have grasp the knowledge of Dhamma correctly? Is it when one has lesser defilement and sufferings, one is on the right track? Thank you." Bhante Buddharakkhita's answered on the above question as follow: "Signs of progressing on the Dhamma Path: Less unwholesome states of mind, and more wholesome states of mind . Less suffering, more true happiness. Less greed, hatred , delusion and fear and more generosity, letting go; lovingkindness and compassion ; wisdom and understanding; and courage. " More faith and confidence , energy , mindfulness, concentration and wisdom and less faith, less laziness, less forgetful , less distractions and less confusion." Hope this answer your questions. Sadhu Agnes Chj!

I disagree with Sister Sylva Bay that the Buddha is over; what is more important is the Dhamma. The Buddha was the exemplary in the example of a person who discovered the Dhamma, liberated himself and taught others out of compassion. The Buddha is the ultimate role model.
