What is this freaken dude is talking about??? ;-) All beaches of US coasts are public property, you cannot own beach or a rocks on the beach, including that whale rock, unless is more inland, 25 feet away from the highest tide. This is against State and Federal law.

Actually grew up around it with my family. Mom was an agent for 40+ years and dad was/is an architect. I've been raised around real estate, construction and architecture. Wanted to be an architect, but knew it wasn't meant for me. Real estate gave me a chance to do all the things that my background has prepared me for. So glad to finally know what I want to be when I grow up! Thanks for asking.
