I added the same carb to mine and changed the jet to a 110 but it still bogs out when I crack it fast . I raised the pin all the way up with no difference.

How u Put the af16 Zylinder on it ? I got a Elite-e with Same engine. I come from Germany and you can't get an original cylinder for the scooter in Germany, so it would be good to know how you installed the cylinder

Thanks man! I built it for my daughter, and she absolutely loves the bike. Between the adjustable throttle stop and the adjustable governor, you can make this this slower than a power wheels with the acceleration of a turtle, all the way up to being able to do about 30mph with a 170lb adult on it.
