Take care of your baby and you won’t need it. It’s ridiculous. Get your lazy a*^ in gear, do feedings when they need it (YEAH get out of bed), make sure they have a clean diaper, and don’t expect them to over sleep a lot so you can be free of them. A baby who’s well taken care of and isn’t stuck in bed all the time doesn’t need “white noise”.
