La mía se puso bien duro el volante y empezó a aventar el aceite por arriba y ya no circula. Se lo voy a a cambiar. Gracias amigo

cant remember now have to look at the software but you can find a used one on ebay or amazon or at the dealer, if you getting it from the dealer you have to bring the old one and show it to them so they can give you the right one, these solenoids have some numbers on it but Toyota does not go by that

Toyota Corolla Altis 2001 model. The main issue is when I shift to D Drive the reaction is always delayed and hesitant it takes few mins or even more specialy when you havnt use it for a day or two. So it takes more time and gas just to warm up the engine just to move forward when you drive. But when you shift to R or Reverse. It will react automatically! Not even 1 sec even I havnt use it for days or week. The Reverse is fine when I shift to R. So the only problem is the Drive very hesitant and delayed to react. why it takes more time for the engine to warm up just to get an reaction to move forward?! Was it the solenoid problems? Thanks for the info and I appreciate any answers .😊

normally because of the way you are describing it this is an internal transmission failure n not a solenoid, check fluid n scan for pending codes or if you can test the solenoids is even better.

@@mairasan-ud5ih We already rebuilt the whole transmission about a month ago with new recommended ATF. What do you mean internal problems? Or how about the transmission Valve Body? cause its not brand new. But when engine's hot after warming up for couple mins and D gear is reacting it's good already even you shift it to any gears as long as the engines still running. But if you shut it off for a few hours and get back to it after long period of time then face the same issue and do the same routine warm up first for 15mins and so on before D gear will react.hehehe

@@jeffyjjabonero1812 was it like that before rebuilding it? any delay shifting or hesitation to go forward is a tranny problem n yes could be valve body problem, some bad solenoids will cause problems when tranny is cold but once they reach normal temp they start working fine or do the opposite even if there are no codes at all, im just based on your description.

I had p0741, your is the pressure control solenoid D, either it is stuck off because it is defective, internal transmission failure or transmission is too low on fluid.

normally is the solenoid that goes bad, in most cases there are No noticeable driving issues, erratic or hard shifting, in some cases you get quick acceleration even if you let the gas pedal go, thanks for sharing

Fantastic video. Can you do a video for testing 2 pin solenoids? I have a Lexus lx570 with transmission issues. Sometimes it just refuses to engage the reverse gear and it has a delay of changing gear 2 to 3. I’m thinking of changing the shift solenoids. Can you advise me on what to do? Thank you

if you have codes for transmission start with that first but also the solenoids can get dirty and obstructed so they can no longer actuate as they should but because they only partially can do the job the pcm will not trigger codes.

Could all forward gears working but reverse not working be caused by a faulty solenoid, specifically in a '92 Camry with an A140E transmission? When the car's off the ground the wheels still turn in reverse, just not under load. I suspect that the problem is deeper in the transmission, just trying to eliminate this as a possible cause. I'll be taking the solenoids out soon to test them.

your description is very detailed, according to how you describe it I don't think the solenoids are the problem, it seems like mechanical failure but hope you can find the cause of the issue.

A rav 4 , 4X4, just done the engine, cam and crank sensor are all fine., ignition coils and spark plugs are fine , But no spark what could be the problem . please help

check crank shaft position sensor, mass air meter sensor n wires, if you have access to a scanner that has live data you can check if the crank sensor is counting the revolutions when the engine rotates, also the pcm, check that no wires were damaged during the engine job.

I just change the Ignition coil from position and if the Engine code change that mean the ignition coil is bad. For example a Corolla with a P0301 (misfire in cylinder 1) Switch the ignition coil #1 to cylinder #4 and #4 to 1 and if a new Error Code come out now is P0304 that mean the IG Coil is bad if still giving you only the same Engine code P0301 that mean you could have Spark, Fuel injection or compression Fail on that cylinder so the diagnostic is more advanced which mean the costumer have to paid more. Since changing a Ignition coil test only take like 1min to test VS a Full diagnostic but you can make the same test swapping the Spark and also the Fuel injection to another cylinder and check out if the error code change or still the same.

this is not the purpose of this test, any body knows switching coils from one cylinder to another is a good way to see if the mis moves, also if there an easy is access but in so many vehicles it is very difficult to switch the since you have to take off the intake manifold and then put it back to get the engine to run n see if the mis moves example:toyota sienna, so in this case you either test the wires or both to make sure once you install the intake manifold the job is done, thanks for sharing your thoughts, very good.

You can do that test of ignition coil so you can see if that ignition coil is bad or good before you change the ignition coil between 1-cylinder and 4-cylinder
