Pourquoi certaines personnes ne peuvent pas l'avoir parce que nous vous avons rencontrés mais apparemment ils avaient des veines trop fines le haut du bras

Nicely demonstrated fistula surgery What is the reason for not getting thrill after fistula surgery but only pulsation

Pulsation means there is high resistance upstream, it is either technical problem (vein needs to be released from some pressure at the upper end of dissection) or there is some occlusion higher up that was missed in vein mapping
