if queen takes bishop, rook takes queen, the bishop is pinned, he can castle but there is option to take the bishop a lot of ways. Its a weird one.

It’s a good move. Stockfish says the best move is Qe3 though. Mate in 13 moves. But the pin is heavily winning and definitely a solid human play!

the pawn and black king prevent the white king from moving, the white king cannot take the pawn as the other king is protecting it and the white king cannot move to h1 or f1 as the pawn is guarding those squares In other words no legal moves
