Ridiculous you can't watch the instructions without downloading the app. I refuse to do it. Tempted to take the shelves back just because of it. 😡🤬

It should be obvious to Trinity that the backstands are the least explained and most difficult part of assembly. I can't find anything about them. GYHOOYAP.

This is the most cheapest most inconvenient and non-client friendly way of providing instructions. Please just print out instructions and include them in the provided product. Black and white instructions must be cheaper than this multi-colored brochure which tells us to review a video, telling us to download an ap to read the instructions. A company this incompetent does not deserve to earn my money or business ever again. Absolutely no thought or consideration for the end user, your customers. I will never by another thing produced by this company. Trinity international will never get my business again.

I never comment on videos, but here's an exception. Telling someone to watch a YT video for installation instructions, which then only tells you to download an app for said instructions is by far THE STUPIDEST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PRODUCT SUPPORT IDEA I'VE EVER COME ACROSS. You've ensured that I will never buy one of your products again.

Beat me to it. Came here to make the same comment. So many extra BS steps: 1) Instead of putting a QR code on the installation instructions card, I have to type out the whole address. 2) once you get to their website you have to watch their KZfaq video. 3) KZfaq video tells you to download the free app. They just wanted to get traffic to their website and views on their KZfaq video to boost their SEO. The instruction card should have instead simply said to download the app. Or even better: put actual installation instructions with the product. Don't force people to download your BS app. Don't force people to go to your website, then to your KZfaq video, then to download your app. I don't want your app. I want short and simple instructions about drill hole placement. This does not require a 3D app that gives you God knows what information from my phone. EDIT: can't even find the product on the app to get the installation instructions.

I own a few Trinity Items. Including the ones you can buy at Costco, Amazon, and other places, but When I received this Item, it was missing Parts. Customer service was a hassle to deal with and everything to prove that I bought this. Even though it's BRAND NEW, they wanted me to supply them with everything but my Social Security Number. After I provided them, they refused to help me because they lost me in their system or whoever system instead of just being a good company and sending me the part I needed. So I purchased the missing part DIRECTLY FROM THEM, and they quit responding to my emails and have not received the pieces yet. Turned to find out that it was missing a leg, it was missing the under shelf. Take it from me; if you want quality, order from someone else. Not these guys.

I hate these shelves. How are you supposed to evenly space four shelves on 70 notches. Or if you have the optional six shelves on the same 70 notch poles

In answer to the question "Are you a visual learner?", no, I am not. But when the printed instructions are inadequate I might resort to videos. I read Microsoft documentation nearly everyday; I do read documentation when it is good enough. I do not know what brand of shelving units I have but the instructions are useless. At 1:15 this video says "Please a SHELF on its side". What, are we supposed to have sex with it? Or should that be "Place a SHELF on its side"?
