I’m Somali-American, and the last time I visited Mogadishu, I was charged $60 for the visa. You’ve to provide the immigration officers with all the information of your host/inviter and complete all the paperwork. It’s a lot easier when you’re a dual citizen coz you don't have to do all of that.
