A trained man with a knife and nothing to lose is the most dangerous thing you can get. I don't buy the 1v1 though. Not saying realistic, but how should be done. Law enforcement is trained (if trained) in a military style of knife retenction and stabs for 3 weeks, this takes years, commitment to violence, and is studied for pure assassination.

Shamans are witchcraft people affiliated with demons and spirits, they think the spirits help them witch they do with what they want to see but it’s the spirits that turn on them in the end cause demons steal kill and destroy. This is all a reference to biblical teachings. This movie is actually very scary cause it portrays real life events and truth about demons the shaman thinks the spirits are helping him but it’s never good sports always bad ones. This movie is crazy watching u guys get all the hint wrong I worry cause you guys are not spiritually aware of evil. Making the foreigner the bad guy is actually an expert misdirection. Modern audiences are trained to see the same trite message be regurgitated by film. That the point of the film must be that discrimination is bad. This film isn’t concerned with exploring that topic at all, but uses the trope to completely misdirect the audience. It’s brilliant. But even if you still MUST view the film through that lens, the film still isn’t making the Japanese guy the ‘bad guy’. He’s a victim, too. He’s simply possessed by a demon.

The three "cock a doodle doo" of the rooster when dawn is a reference in the bible when when peter denied jesus... Its when peter denied jesus three times in the bible.. The white lady is a good ghost, its a matter of faith whether you trust her/him or not. But the guy didnt trust her that she laid some trap for the demon. Insted he believes what the shamans telling to him. Both the shaman and the demon is a tag team.

I recommend another tearjerker k-movies. Miracle in Cell no.7 and miss Granny!
