Hi! This was my second time getting baptized! It was something I chose to do as an act of submission and renewal to Christ. And both parties were filled with the Holy Spirit as well as myself. Also there is some controversy as to what to say, Father Son Holy Spirit in Jesus name or just in the name of Jesus because of the mandate from Jesus to the disciples in Mathew 28:19 and how there after the disciples in the book of acts said in the name of Jesus. Either way Jesus name is publicly declared. I’m sure God wouldn’t discount an act of faith symbolic to death to one’s self if an arm leg or pinky toe was left out lol but I get what you’re saying, its all love❤ thanks for the comment.

Hey Sade, Your whole body has to be submerged in water. Romans 6:3-4 KJV We are buried with him by baptism into death. When someone's body is physically buried no body parts are left out, everything going under ground.
