No. HTC is not getting rid of the 2009 Nova buses. Instead, they are currently getting rid of some buses to have some space on these Nova CNG Buses.

For the issue. Go to 5:25, Also I wasn’t really sure if it was a Ramp Issue. The driver of the bus was kneeling and setting the ramp down like a few times. Up to the point where he ended turning off the bus and turning back on the bus.
