I just don’t get why these systems aren’t simply part of the base Scorp. Or, if they really, really needed to sell another ship, give the Scorp A the scorp’s current turret + interdiction tools, and upgrade the Scorp’s turret guns by 1 size. Fly the F8C: get to pilot, control countermeasures, scan, precision mode, etc and control 200 guns Gunner in literally any ship: At most control 4 small guns, or 2 decent ones. Or, press “you can’t use Nav mode” once an hour. The design intention is utterly wild.

I like the Hercules; my go to ships. I am having trouble with the C2. It is hard to fly and often will nose dive into the ground. Great video and I am glad someone did a video on these ships 👌

thing is introducing prison holds in ships is gonna REALLY be used to manufacturer drama and try to negativly impact the game with more LAWS for what you can and can not do in the game . CIG need to quit making rules to follow and make mechanics that work.

Looks like the ship bay is to small for a Vulture. Those ROCS are not big money makers.

yeah, I have also been away for a while. I heard somewhere that the Polaris cargo had been increased. I'm looking at using it as a cargo trader. while a Polaris might fear another Polaris or Idris, the typical pirate fleet ain't gonna want to tangle with a Polaris. with those 7 big turrets, you have a fairly decent fighter screen, and you can nuke anything larger than a Connie. maybe stick an ION in as your fighter, and half a dozen Snubs...

think the armored variant is more a drop off and then get out of there unless theres a damaged vehicle. Which they will get up and running again and then loaded and back out again. So feel its a vehicle dropship. The normal variant has so many options to transport and how.

I think the weight the questions on Spectrum not only by upvotes but by upvotes of people that have not purchased the ship. However, they would get more traffic to a ship's launch and info page if they did not answer questions that are clearly and easily answered on these pages.

I just wanna say, they nerfed the Cutlass Black so they could sell the C1, the C1 has been a bit of a paper tiger, it should’ve been a direct competitor for the Nomad with its weapons loadout but they threw in the cargo and crusader design and that’s all it took to sell

I will still get an Apollo regardless. For one I’m tired of always having to go to a station to heal at teir 1 or 2 injuries. Now I love medical gameplay. Going and helping players in need and getting paid on top of it. Now me personally I will charge extra for those treatments for a player in need. Heck I might make it a better deal if I get armor and a weapon out of it. Can’t have enough of those for combat medics lol. But still even if i won’t get as many rescue missions. It’s fine at least you still got like 24 scu space on the Apollo. So you can still make money until a rescue mission comes up. I’ve run my cutless red many times. Granted 12 scu doesn’t give the best profits but it’s better than nothing.

40x21x7.5 dimensions means it could possibly fit a vulture! The vulture might be a little too high but if you're willing to keep the roof open you have a means to salvage in other systems

The Caterpillar: A modular ship that can run multiple purposes in your fleet. The Ironclad: A cargo runner that can also act as a pocket carrier with its size. Ironclad Assault: Pocket Carrier that sacrifices a little cargo space for more gun following the Engineer mantra. It isn't so much a Caterpillar killer as it is a proper cargo ship. The Caterpillar is meant to have different sections to play with, like a medical module, a dragonfly hangar, passenger module, etc. It's a jack of all trades. The Ironclad is Drake getting serious about cargo.

I highly doubt it, but it would be great if the Polaris radar showed the range (colored ring) of the hostile ships radar to aid in not being detected? ;-) Once "blind spot" were mentioned, I envisioned the Captain ordering evasive maneuvers to the Pilot (thus warning gunners) to bring any lesser used or unused weapons to bare for its defense and hopefully, placing the "blind spot" to a location not being attacked (surprising the enemy)? This would provide the Captain and Pilot roleplaying opportunities and having the gunners and XO adapt to the changes of targets (maybe a break)? Hm, maybe swap out the 32 size three missiles with (qty ?) size two "Rattler" (7 micro-missiles each) missiles?

Hm, it's assumed, if the Arrastra's location is unknown and outside the range of most hostile ships (fighters), there should be no contact by Pirates (unless the game cheats)? The Arrastra's refinery should be able to clean up dangerous material (explosive, Q-sensitive) and up to average grade material, but a station refinery could produce exceptional grade material?

For the assault you could just carry around some of the small MPUV tractor ships and just dump them when you run out of room. And just buy nee ones when ever you dump your old ones 😜😅.

The Liberator was supposed to be the "mini-carrier" in preparation for the Kraken. Tired of CIG's games... Still waiting on the backlog to get released.

The whole no tractor beam on the assault worries me as I think it should have ad least one or we should be able to choose a specific turret to replace with a tractor beam.

Respawn ship in another ship means in hangar, when you calling ironclad you will call another ship to respawn inside. Not in the middle of space to respawn something that you did not bring first place with you.

It's a CARGO ship. Small ships might liock down , but if you don't have the ability to rearm, repair those ships its not a mini carrier in my opinion. Vs the Liberator which should have those abilities. It can haul those small ships.. but still not have the functios of a carrier

The Vulture height is 7.5 so that won’t fit ☹️
