I have a 2018 accord that is not communicating with the srs unit, and other modules. After i opened the srs unit, one of the chips was bad. I bought a used one from ebay but i still dont have communicstion with the module. I get code u0151 can you pleae help?

I have a flooded vehicle, the vehicle starts and runs but i have all the lights on the dash. I am not communicating with the srs module so i bought a used one from ebay. This is purely inspired by you @ADDAUTOMOBILESERVICES after seeing this video. For those dealing with ABS lights after replacing the PCM on Ford vehicles, I have a simple solution that worked for me using Forscan. Instead of using IDS, you can find the As-Built ABS numbers of the newly replaced PCM and write those to the ABS module (As-Built). After that, clear the DTS codes, and you're done. It's an easy fix without needing IDS. This workaround is great for those who don't mind if the VIN doesn't match the chassis. Otherwise, you'll need to spend $150 for a 2-day IDS subscription and the necessary tools to do it the official way. I only spent about $18 for the ELM327 cable and used Forscan, which offers a 2-month free trial. Even though I don't need Forscan now, I'm planning to pay for a 1-year extended warranty just to support the developers.
